Special mention recognition on DoingGood – CSR Award!
On the 16th of January, in collaboration with Körber, we had the opportunity to visit Budapest. During our visit, we took part in the DoingGood – CSR Award ceremony. Our efforts were not in vain, as we proudly returned home with the Special Mention recognition.
The company plays a significant role in the everyday life of the region, with a program centered on taking responsibility through example setting and awareness raising, cooperation and volunteering, support and sponsorship. We were recognised for the diversity of this program.
For Körber, their importance extends their employees and products; they also prioritize the physical and societal environment that surrounds them. But what exactly does Körber do? The list is quite extensive, but here are a few examples:
- close and multi-faceted cooperation with UP
- involving a Körber department, guest teachers, consultants and classrooms from Körber, as well as internships,
- a total of 7,927 regional volunteer hours
- active support of cultural and sports life, including contributions to Pannon Philharmonic, PVSK, PEN, Zsolnay Light Festival
We’ve been working together with Körber for a long time now on making their CSR program widely visible. Out enthusiasm is unbreakable, and we are continuing our cooperation!
