Birth of a city marketing strategy: harmonization of the regional and local goals for a liveable and reachable vision.

Making a city marketing strategy is a complex issue. The values and goals of the city, the opportunities of the region and the national development policies must be in harmony to achieve the common goal.

Our work was based on our previous project, the city marketing strategy of Siófok which won several national prizes. The making of this strategy included a lot of fieldwork with deep interviews and questionaries alike. The result was not only short-term marketing activities but advice for organizational development and the new slogan and vision of Nagyatád.
