New bank launched

Three major savings banks of the South-Transdanubian Region have joined forces and merged into Dél-Takarék. We supported the external communication of this strategic merger involving more than HUF 120 billion of total assets, and provided assistance in internal communication as well. We also took part in the preparation and implementation of the complete communication strategy of the transition concerning more than 72 000 residential, commercial and municipal clients. During the project we deployed complex solutions in order to manage this positive, but tasking change involving major individual brands of the financial field established more than 50 years ago.
