Communication activity plan for the Attila József Theatre

Our agency developed a communication strategy for a theater located in the 13th district of Budapest, which hosts 110-120 thousand spectators annually, and has its own ensemble. The primary objective of this strategy was to assess the communication position and opportunities of the József Attila Theatre.

The comprehensive communication activity plan developed for the metropolitan theater was based on a nearly month-long communication audit process. Within the action plan, we conducted a thorough situational analysis of the theater, identified fundamental communication directions and tools, pinpointed key target audiences, defined primary messages and value propositions, and proposed strategies to enhance internal communication within the theater. As part of the communication plan, we formulated specific activities that, in the long term, aim to enhance the image and visibility of the József Attila Theatre while also supporting ticket sales.
