Affordable robots for everyone
A lucky few had the chance to test a new generation robot. It’s lightweight, rolls on wheels and changes everything we believed about the internal logistics processes of manufacturers.
The journey of the Danish robotics company, Mobile Industrial Robots, is one for the story books of success: just four years after its establishment in 2013 it reached EUR 10 million in income. Local manufacturers do not have to wait much, since MIR’s most recent technology is now available in Hungary as well, and their domestic visibility is supported by us. In March within the framework of a press breakfast a lucky few had the chance to test what’s it like to drive a MIR robot.
Since the lack of workforce is a problem throughout the whole of Europe, automation is no longer only a factor of competitive advantage, but a key to survival. Among other things that is why MIR thinks that there is a vast potential of growth in collaborative robots to be harnessed in the near future. The company started its PR activities in the region in 2018. In Hungary our agency provides support for them, we assist them in domestic press communication and event planning. It’s nice to see that there is increased interest towards the company and innovative robots coming both from the professional players and the wider public audience as well.
