Konecta is a global leader in customer service outsourcing. Since opening their first office in Budapest in 2021, the company has built a highly skilled team of nearly 200 professionals in Hungary, delivering exceptional services in lead generation, sales, customer service, and needs assessment.


Operating in a niche sector, raising public awareness and educating audiences about the industry are essential for Konecta. The campaign aimed to enhance the visibility and perception of both our client and the sector through strategic media engagement.


In recent months, we developed six press releases for Konecta, covering topics such as their services, workplace wellbeing, and the role of customer service and parcel delivery during the holiday season. To further expand their reach, we organized an interview on the Biznisz Boyz podcast and facilitated the publication of a paid PR article on Portfolio.hu, targeting key audiences with precision.


A cornerstone of the campaign was the authentic and engaging presentation of Konecta’s activities. This approach resulted in over 20 organic media appearances, with a combined media value exceeding HUF 10 million. As a result, Konecta gained visibility on leading platforms such as Piac és Profit, Pénzcentrum, DigitalHungary, and Millásreggeli, among others.
