October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with the international symbol of the pink ribbon. The ribbon symbolizes hope while showing humility. ERGONOM's male colleagues also took part in this year's campaign, which aims to raise attention on the importance of early detection of the disease and to help people take conscious steps to protect their own health.
During November, ERGONOM's lady colleagues focused on Blue November, which aims to highlight the importance of men's physical and mental health and emphasise the importance of regular screenings. In November, the blue ribbon worn by the ladies symbolized the importance of cancer screening and allowed those who wore it to express their solidarity.
