CIP Program brings recognition – and also savings – to DDC
The Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) of one of our longest standing customers, Duna-Dráva Cement Kft. (DDC) has received recognition at the PR Excellence Awards (PREXA). The successful program was created with the support of our PR agency.
The application titled "Thank you for your input!" was jointly submitted by DDC and our PR agency to PREXA, established by the Hungarian Public Relations Association, where the entry received the prestigious gold recognition from the professional jury.

This statement perfectly encapsulates the essence of the CIP Program. Through this initiative, DDC strives to establish a platform for harnessing the untapped knowledge base of its employees, while also integrating the acquired insights into their everyday operations.
Since the program's inception, hundreds of proposals have been received from colleagues working in the Vác and Beremend Cement Plants, as well as in the Concrete and Aggregates business lines. The implementation of these ideas in the past year alone has led to savings amounting to nearly HUF 200 million.
A fruitful collaboration spanning decades
Our agency's partnership with DDC dates back to 2008, encompassing a remarkable span of 15 years. Throughout this extensive period, we have successfully executed numerous collaborative projects, many of which have garnered noteworthy professional accolades. The CIP Program stands as a prime example, with our agency actively engaged in its management from its inception.
