In Hungary, Ferling is the first agency which receives ICCO's (International Communications Consultancy Organization) accreditation. The certificate, which is used worldwide and is based on international criteria, is the first professional recognition of the agencies' commitment to high-level service provision and quality. Accreditation became available in our country with the cooperation of the Hungarian Public Relations Association (HPRA), which aims to certify and highlight agencies that follow international standards and best practices. The process can be carried out by international agency managers and agency expert auditors based on ICCO's International Accreditation Criteria (CMS), in close cooperation with HPRA.

The CMS combines elements of the ISO and the Investors in People system with other relevant criteria. CMS is the only globally recognized certification for PR and communication agencies, which proves that the agency operates professionally and according to appropriate guidelines. During the process, among other things, the experts examine defining elements such as ethical operation, service development and human management functions.
