In 2022, we were also curious about the satisfaction level of our customers.

If we were asked to name the three things that are essential to doing our job, one of the factors would surely be the customers themselves. This is the reason of why our PR agency tries to serve the customers as flexibly as possible.

As we do every year, in the fall of 2022, we also carried out a customer satisfaction survey, during which we asked the respondents how much they would recommend FERLING to their business associates, partners, acquaintances, and friends on a scale from one to ten, and what is the first word/ thought that comes to mind about us.

We are proud that the final result of the satisfaction survey was 9.7 points out of 10, and the most frequently mentioned words were professionalism, reliability, speed and flexibility. We will try to do our work accordingly in the future as well!
