As a result of the coronavirus epidemic, the development of e-commerce in Hungary leaped 2-3 years ahead almost overnight, which lead to new expectations concerning domestic e-merchants. Trans-Sped, together with Webshippy and OANDER, organized a corporate e-commerce meetup on March 30, focusing on digitized logistics innovations.

A well-functioning logistics system must not only be fast and accurate, but it must be able to adapt to new requirements and possess real-time, detailed inventory information. According to Szabolcs Fülöp, Managing Director of Trans-Sped, it is worth outsourcing the complete logistics process to external partners who can cover the entire spectrum, which means that large companies are relieved of this burden. As a part of the e-commerce meetup, the executives of Trans-Sped, Webshippy and OANDER shared their experiences regarding fulfilment and dropshipping services, automated webshops and e-commerce logistics innovations with nearly 100 registered stakeholders, including large companies. In addition to the presentations, those interested were invited to take part in a round table discussion, where partners of the logistics companies, such as Retro Jeans, Ilcsi and Wolt, were also represented.

As Trans-Sped’s communication consultant and marketing activity partner, our agency played a significant role in organizing and conducting the event, and also carried out post-communication tasks.
