Working together in order to improve internal communication
The developement of internal communication during the pandemic situation is particularly important for the economic organizations. In order to develop the internal communication, three domestic companies have formed an alliance with each other.
When we talk about corporate internal communication, the process, the content and the tool (typically digital tool today) together are important in shaping the organizational communication culture. We believe in this, and for this purpose we work together with the team of Talk-A-Bot which a startup that develops a digitized internal communication device running on smartphones, and Ispiro Consulting Ltd. which specializes in research and development of corporate communication systems. In cooperation with FERLING team, we are responsible for the content of internal communication.
The aim of our recent collaboration is to support our partners in responding to the growing digital and internal communication challenges of the special economic situation by introducing an effective digital tool, CHEQbot, more consciously, with a complex systems approach and always renewable, credible and content-friendly, both in crisis and peacetime. The effective formal and informal communication system are also parts of the employer brand as they determine the collaboration between colleagues.
According to the experience of the members of the alliance, having competence, tools and contents, a conscious and adequate internal communication culture can handle campaigns, peak periods, transition and crisis situations beyond the everyday messages.
