Useful tips on plugs and hot water meters for district heating consumers.
On behalf of PÉTÁV Kft., We have prepared an illustrated information letter, which provides detailed information on the construction of hot water meters and plugs certifying their authenticity. A common problem among the customers of the district heating service in Pécs is that the plugs are damaged - for example during installation or renovation. If the owners do not report such cases to PÉTÁV, or if they intentionally damage the plugs, they face serious additional costs. To prevent these cases, an informative “newsletter” with a uniquely designed illustration summarizing the most important information was prepared with the help of our PR agency.
The information was received by the district heating consumers as an attachment to the February bill, and can also be viewed in digital form on the service provider's website.
