FERLING shortlisted on the IPRA Golden World Awards international PR competition
Due to labour market challenges, a company that until then had been conducting limited communication has markedly changed its PR practices within the framework of our submitted project: a sporting event became a catalyst for a digital revolution.
HAUNI Hungaria Machining Ltd., a member of the German KÖRBER group, celebrated the 25th anniversary of its Hungarian presence, which included the launching of a year-round communication program to raise the visibility of the company. Its main event, the HAUNI25 running race became the largest athletic competition of the year in Pécs, a former European Capital of Culture. HAUNI, together with the preliminary programs, received wide media publicity, and the program had a positive impact on the company’s reputation, increased its prestige, and also initiated internal communication changes.
Being named on the shortlist is another proof of the great collaboration between the client (HAUNI) and the agency (FERLING)! We thank our client for the opportunity and we wish to carry on along these lines.
The next step in the competition requires compiling and submitting visual materials which are to be uploaded by 20 July. After that there’s nothing else to do than crossing our fingers and waiting for the announcement of the results.
