Brand new cruise ship has been bought by the municipality of Mohács in a Croatian-Hungarian joint project.

One of the first journeys of the vehicle happened during a bike&boat trip and student competition organized by our PR agency.

Tourism infrastructure of the border region is being developed jointly by the municipalities of Mohács and Beli Manastir using the sources of an EU-financed Cross-Border Cooperation project. It includes investments in the cycling infrastructure but the greatest part is buying a cruise ship able to carry 50 passengers. During one of her first routes the vessel named Mohács I carried participants of the student bike tour and competition organized by our PR agency.

We were cooperating with our PR agency’s former partner, Logframe Kft. Previously we have been working together in communication connected to cycling developments in Mohács region. During the trip we were cycling with two dozen elementary school students from Mohács on the picturesque embankment of Danube River to the border crossing point in Udvar. There we met Croatian kids arrived from Beli Manastir and rode back to Mohács. After this 30 km trip they took part a bike skill competition, had lunch and made a boat trip on the river. During this they had to fill a road safety quiz too. In the end of the day we provided some prizes to the bests of the competitions.
